2. No returns
For hygiene, safety and quality-control reasons, Sand & Nile does not accept returns of any product, whether opened, unopened, used or unused.
This includes promotional items, samples, gift sets and trial sizes.
3. No exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, replacements or substitutions for any product, including items ordered in the wrong size, shade, quantity or variant.

4. Wholesale and distributor orders
All wholesale, distributor, pharmacy, clinic and bulk orders are final. Any delivery concerns must be raised under the terms of the signed supply agreement.
