We take care to describe our products accurately, including formulation details, SPF rating and directions for use. Packaging, presentation and formulations may be updated over time; the information on the product carton takes precedence.

Our products are cosmetic sun-care products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always follow the directions for use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Where online purchasing is available, all orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are displayed in the applicable local currency and may exclude taxes, duties and delivery charges unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, decline or cancel an order, and to limit quantities per customer or per market.

Enquiries submitted through the Become a Distributor form are expressions of interest only and do not create a distribution agreement. Any partnership becomes binding only under a separate signed contract.

All content on this website — including the Sand & Nile name, logo, product names, packaging design, photography, text and layout — is owned by or licensed to Sand & Nile and protected by intellectual property law. It may not be reproduced or used commercially without our prior written consent.

Our website may link to third-party sites and social platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sand & Nile is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates for customers served from our UAE office, and by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt for customers served from our Egypt office. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

We may amend these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after publication of the updated terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
